After completing his business studies, Romain Favre took an unexpected turn in his life. Although he had initially planned to study economics at a university of applied sciences, a year spent behind a desk made him realise that this was not his true passion. So he decided to return to his roots, among the vines where he grew up. After a number of experiments and a degree in oenology from Changins, Romain made a decision in 2021: to vinify a small part of the family's 7-hectare estate.

Today, he navigates this world with ease. With the expert support of his friend Fanny Crettenand, Romain leaves nothing to chance, whether in the choice of soil, the treatment of the vines or the ageing of the wine.
