A perfect choice for those looking to explore the excellence of Zurich Pinot Noir, which has absolutely nothing to envy the Burgundy Pinot Noirs. Everything about this wine delights me. The nose is bewitching, with notes of fresh wild strawberries. The tannins are ultra-fine and delicate, giving the wine texture and volume without bitterness. On the palate, it's very smooth. There's a velvety aspect (but no residual sugar) and freshness provided by the high, chiselled and integrated acidity. In short, it's a delight to drink now or age for 3-5 years.
