Tasting notes

A very expressive nose of yellow apples, ripe peaches and citrus fruit. Plenty of volume on the palate. Nevertheless, it remains balanced thanks to the freshness provided by the acidity. A velvety texture underlines the aromas of Williams pear and a touch of spice thanks to the ageing. The finish is very persistent.
